Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. We offer free ground shipping for all domestic orders and flat rate shipping fees for expedited orders.
Processing and handling time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us by phone and we will try to do accommodate your request.
Pre-Owned
Orders on items sold by other members will ship within 3-5 days from our showroom after they have been received and approved by our team. See each listing for estimate processing time.
Vendors and Boutiques
Purchases from our vendors ship within 1-5 business days. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us by phone prior to purchasing and we will try to do accommodate your request.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Physical gift cards ship from our showroom within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Online gift cards and vouchers will be added your account within 1 hour. For more information about gift cards, please visit our frequently asked questions.

Delivery signature confirmation
In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, all shipped items require signature upon delivery.
We can ship without signature with your request (Please e-mail us your request or add it in the order comments). By waiving the signature, you accept the responsibility of the safety and security of the item.
Non Billing Address
In order to protect against fraud, we suggest adding any alternat address (2nd home, vacation property, business address, etc.) to your credit card information. We do recognize that several exceptions to this may be requested (shipping to a neighbor, gift, etc.) While we can typically honor these requests, you must enter the contact information for the buyer and recipient, as we may need to phone-verify the order. This may result in a delay in processing time.
Security and Verification
Every order is reviewed, verified and approved before we ship. We may ask new members for more information if there are any discrepancies with the information provided or if you ship to a non billing address, so please be responsive to our messages.
We do not ship orders to P.O Boxes. If you have a special request, please contact us. Please note that this rule applies to new members only.
International customers
We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside the US may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to national laws. The buyer is responsible for all additional expenses incurred.

Important : Please note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed.
