RETURNS

We make returns easy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 14 days. Pack the return, use the free domestic shipping label and send it back to us. We will accept items for exchange, or we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment*.

Payment Refunds

All eligible returns will be refunded to the buyer using the same form of payment which was originally used to make the purchase. LuxLux will process refunds within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to show on your credit card statement.

Re stocking fee

All refunds on orders made with a credit card or PayPal are subject to 3% re-stocking fee. The fee is waived on refunds orders made by bank transfers.

Ship the return item to the address provided in the return form confirmation.

  • Use a pre-paid USPS shipping label included with your order. (Free)
  • Use your own shipping method (at your own cost)
  • International clients use your shipping method (at your own cost)

How to initiate a return

  • Go to recent orders and find the order details. If the order is within the timeline, a return button will appear.
  • Fill the return form and receive a free return shipping label
  • Ship your item/s back Refund will be issue 2-3 days after receiving the package.

Item Condition & Packing

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please make sure to package the item carefully before shipping it back. Do not remove any tags attached to your item. Please include all extra accessories if any.

We will charge up to 30% restocking fee or refuse the refund completely if items are worn or damaged during shipping.

Gift Cards Return

Gift cards can be cancelled and refunded within 3 business days of it being issued.

No need to ship physical gift cards back to us. Once the return is approved, the gift card will be canceled and your refund will be issued.

International returns

We ask that all international customers along with customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico be responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please purchase adequate insurance to cover the value of the returned item and send through your country’s postal service.
