Deposits are completed through a secure ACH or wire transfer initiated after confirmation. Once received, your funds will appear in your LuxLux Wallet and the 90-day reserve period begins.

Yes. The gift card may be used in full or partially, with any remaining balance available for future purchases within the 12-month validity period.

Yes. You may request an early withdrawal at any time. Deposits are returned within 7 business days. If the promotional gift card has not been used, the full deposit is returned. If the gift card has been partially or fully used, the used amount will be deducted from the returned deposit.

Yes. The gift card may be used in full or partially, with any remaining balance available for future purchases within the 12-month validity period.

After 90 days, you may withdraw your full original deposit. The promotional gift card remains valid for 12 months.
