What is The Market
The Market is our curated resale section where approved members can list pre-owned luxury items for sale. Unlike typical marketplaces, The Market is not open to the public—only vetted listings are accepted, and every item goes through our internal verification process before being featured. We handle everything from promotion to final shipment, ensuring a premium experience for both sellers and buyers.
It’s our way of offering a trustworthy, elegant platform for members who want to sell high-end designer items—without dealing with low offers, unverified buyers, or the hassle of doing it themselves.
Every item listed on LuxLux is 100% authentic. We thoroughly vet every seller and inspect all consigned and owned merchandise before offering it for sale. Our team includes experienced authenticators with deep knowledge of luxury brands and materials.
We also utilize third-party verification partners when necessary and provide full transparency throughout the process. You will never receive a replica or counterfeit item when shopping with us.
We clearly describe the condition of each item on its product page. Conditions range from "Brand New" and "Pristine" to "Good" and "Vintage-Worn."
Our condition ratings are conservative and based on visible wear, structure, and overall presentation. Items with noticeable flaws will include close-up photos and full disclosure. No surprises.
Most prices are firm and based on market trends, rarity, and current demand. However, in select cases, especially for consigned pieces, we may consider reasonable offers.

We do purchase select pre-owned luxury items, but our process is curated and based on quality and desirability. If you have a designer item in excellent condition, you can submit it for review through our Sell or Consign page.
We respond to most submissions within 24–48 hours. If accepted, you’ll be given the choice of immediate purchase or consignment with flexible payout options.
When you place an order, your card is authorized immediately but not charged until your order is confirmed. In some cases, particularly for special order or sourced items, payment may be processed once the item is secured for delivery.
We will always notify you by email once payment is finalized. If there’s any issue or delay, our team will contact you directly.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and local laws. Orders shipped within New York and New Jersey are typically subject to sales tax unless you qualify for tax exemption.
Tax charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. If you have specific questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags or packaging intact.
To begin a return, please visit our Returns & Exchange page and complete the online return form. Final Sale items and certain consigned goods are not eligible for return — all conditions will be clearly listed on the item page.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. For special requests or sourced products, shipping times vary based on availability and sourcing location. We’ll provide estimates once the item is confirmed.
All orders are shipped with tracking and require signature upon delivery. Expedited and insured shipping options are available at checkout.
