You can track your order by signing into your account and visiting the “Orders” section. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us for assistance.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to modify it. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Delays or cancellations can happen due to stock issues, failed payment authorization, or shipping exceptions. If this happens, we’ll notify you right away and assist with alternatives.

An authorization hold is a temporary charge used to verify your payment method. It isn’t an actual charge and will disappear once your order is finalized.

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Contact us right away to check if cancellation is still possible. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.
